Huntington offers three ways to prep for the SAT exam or PSAT exam

Each program offers the Huntington Advantage:

  • A personalized program designed around each student's strengths and weaknesses to help achieve test score goals.
  • Test-taking strategies.
  • One-to-one tutoring with a highly trained professional tutor who is either state certified or Huntington certified.
  • We administer one or more additional practice tests during the program at no additional charge.
  • We conference with the student and parents at regular intervals to discuss progress and set goals.
  • If the parents wish, we will visit student's school to discuss the progress he or she is making at Huntington.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • We conduct all tutoring in our professional offices.

SAT/PSAT Premier Program

  • Complete Academic Evaluation using an actual full-length SAT exam.
  • We use the Academic Evaluation results to create a personalized program, tailored to the student's needs.
  • Initial conference with the student and the parents to discuss the Academic Evaluation and the personalized program.
  • We administer several full-length SAT exams during the program to measure progress.

SAT/PSAT 28-Hour Program

  • Begin immediately by calling or registering online.
  • During the first session, we administer a targeted version of a SAT exam and begin tutoring immediately. If the student has actual exam results, please bring them to the first session so we can use it in place of our own testing.
  • We use the results of the shortened SAT exam or past results to create a personalized program, tailored to the student's needs.
  • At no additional charge, we administer a full-length SAT exam during the program to measure progress.
  • We work on Critical Reading, Math and Writing.
  • Available at participating centers.

SAT/PSAT 10-Hour Program

  • Begin immediately by calling or registering online.
  • During the first session, we administer a targeted version of a SAT exam and begin tutoring immediately. If the student has actual exam results, please bring them to the first session so we can use it in place of our own testing.
  • We use the results of the targeted SAT exam or past results to create a personalized program, tailored to the student's needs.
  • At no additional charge, we administer a full-length SAT exam towards the end of the program to expose students to the overall testing situation and to note progress in the section where instruction was given.
  • We work on either Critical Reading, Math or Writing.
  • Available at participating centers.
