Huntington offers three ways to prep for the ACT exam


Each program offers the Huntington Advantage:

  • A personalized program designed around each student's strengths and weaknesses to help achieve test score goals.
  • Test-taking strategies.
  • One-to-one tutoring with a highly trained professional tutor who is either state certified or Huntington certified.
  • We administer one or more additional practice tests during the program at no additional charge.
  • We conference with the student and parents at regular intervals to discuss progress and set goals.
  • If parents wish, we will visit the student's school to discuss the progress he or she is making at Huntington.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • We conduct all tutoring in our professional offices.

ACT Premier Program

  • Complete Academic Evaluation using an actual full-length ACT exam.
  • We use the Academic Evaluation results to create a personalized program, tailored to the student's needs.
  • Initial conference with the student and parents to discuss the Academic Evaluation and the personalized program.
  • We administer several full-length ACT exams during the program to measure progress.

ACT 28-Hour Program

  • We work in each of the following key exam areas: Reading, English, Math, and Science.
  • Begin immediately by calling or registering online.
  • During the first session, we administer a shortened version of an ACT exam and begin tutoring immediately. If the student has actual exam results, please bring them to the first session so we can use it in place of our own testing.
  • We use the results of the shortened ACT exam or past results to create a personalized program, tailored to student's needs.
  • At no additional charge, we administer a full-length ACT exam during the program to measure progress.
  • Available at participating centers.

ACT 10-Hour Program

  • We work in ONE of the following key exam areas: Reading, English, Math, or Science.
  • Begin immediately by calling or registering online.
  • During the first session, we administer a shortened version of an ACT exam in the area of your choice (reading, English, math, or science) and begin tutoring immediately.
    If student has actual exam results, please bring them to first session so we can use it in place of our own testing.
  • We use the results of the shortened ACT exam or past results to create a personalized program, in the area of your choice, tailored to student's needs.
  • At no additional charge, we administer a full-length ACT exam towards the end of the program to expose students to the overall testing situation and to note progress in the section where instruction was given.
  • Available at participating centers.
