Academic Skills - Skills for School Success
Subjects Offered
Our Academic Skills Program offers instruction in reading, writing, study skills, math, phonics, spelling, vocabulary, and related areas. We work with students in grade K through 12, as well as college and adult students.

Who We Can Help
| Remedial | Focus on improvement of K-12 basic skills and may be able to help a student transition out of remedial classes into mainstream classes |
| Enrichment | Focus on curriculum at or above the student's current grade in school in order to provide a challenge beyond what occurs during the school day |
| Summer School | Many of our centers have earned accreditation status, which means students can attend the center to earn credit for summer courses |
| Study Skills | Program devoted to improving organizational skills, including note-taking, time management, and test-taking strategies |
